With the fall and winter season ahead, here are some great options to join your local club for some motivating group sessions!

Abbotsford Triathlon Club

www.abbytriclub.com

All members receive e-mailed year-round swim, bike, run and Brick workouts, designed at 3 or more difficulty levels.
In addition, their Fall program offers alternating swims and long runs, followed by coffee or breakfast depending on that week’s location. They visit Langley, Aldergrove, Maple Ridge, Mission, Abbotsford and Chilliwack for these swims and runs.

January 1st is their FIRST EVER Polar Bear Swim (wetsuit or not, up to you)!

Individual members use their FB Messenger Chat group to meet up with each other informally as the opportunity arises. Several of their members continue their run training and racing throughout the winter.
