The 2024 Elite National Championships will be held at the Challenge Esprit Montreal on Saturday, September 7th. This draft-legal sprint distance event combines Junior, U23, and Elite athletes. The intent of the event format is to create a highly competitive environment for all athletes on the high performance pathway; exposing them to high quality racing in an effort to drive ongoing development.

For Junior (16-19) and U23 (20-23) athletes, our Elite National Championships is the pinnacle race on the 2024 National Development Series. There is a qualification process in place for access to the National Championship start list.
The criteria are as follows:
– Must have competed in 1 Provincial Championship
– Must have competed in 1 Regional Championship
– Must have a minimum National Development Series point score of 450

Registration will follow a similar process athletes experience at the Continental and International level. The first step is completing an Expression of Interest (EOI) by July 24th – that places athletes onto the event waitlist. Once athletes have met the eligibility criteria, they will be confirmed to the start list and provided with the link to complete registration.
